Bug Bombers Pest Control is a small family owned business located in Orange County, CA. We offer quality pest control service for an affordable price. We don’t use binding contracts or bait and switch sales. Our goal is to keep you and your family safe, happy, and pest free.
My name is David Donatelli Jr. and I am the owner of Bug Bombers Pest Control. When I set out to start this company my goal was simple, provide quality service for an affordable price. I wanted to look at things that meant a lot to me as a consumer and incorporate them into my business.
Honesty
To me this is one of the most important factors about a business. I want to know that the person I am hiring is trustworthy. But how do we know? Well there is no easy answer to that. All I can say is this, I always make it a point to be up front and honest with my customers. Even if it comes down to telling them something I know they aren’t going to want to hear, it is my responsibility to remain honest, because that is how I would expect to be treated.
Value in Service
These are tough economic times. I want to know that the person I am giving my hard earned money to is doing the best job possible. Nobody likes to feel like they are being cheated or ripped off. And for me the only thing that feels worse than that is knowing that someone else feels like I ripped them off, and that is something I cannot accept. My goal is to keep my customers feeling like they are getting the royal treatment when it comes to their pest control service. Because, who doesn’t like feeling like a king?
NO High Pressure Sales or Binding Contracts
Now if there is one thing that I really can’t stand its someone trying to bully me into buying something I don’t want. The way I feel is, if you provide a quality service and are polite to people they will remember that and call you when they need you, and hopefully tell their friends and family about you. And that is my goal. I want my customers to feel happy to have my services, and not to feel like they were pressured or locked in.
